Dennis & Kathy Champoux
Owners
Dennis and Kathy set out on their journey to provide Sioux Falls with a place where gymnastics excellence could be achieved within a positive environment, emphasizing the development of the whole child. In the process they were married in 2005, and now live in Brandon.
Dennis is the head coach for the Diamonds Team, and watches over many of the classes as well. He has an extensive background in gymnastics. He began his competitive career at the age of 6 yrs old in Lincoln, NE. He competed very successfully for over 10 years, and was a member of the Men's Junior National Team. He has over 20 years of coaching experience.
Kathy, too, has had experience as a competitive gymnast in both high school and college, and has over 15 years of coaching experience. She is often busy in the office or teaching classes. She works with the team's routines as well.
Chris Munce
Assistant Coach
 Chris is one of the Team and Tumbling coaches. He has been coaching for roughly 12 years. During this time he has graduated from USD and was hired as a special education teacher at Laura B. Anderson here in Sioux Falls, where he has been for the last 7 years. He went on to complete a masters in Leadership through South West State University. Chris and his son Jarren have a house in the Northwest part of Sioux Falls.
Katie Thompson
Katie is seventeen years old and is prmarily a class coach, but helps out with the team as well. Katie has just graduated from Brandon Valley High School, and will be attending UNL in Lincoln, NE this coming fall. She is a former competitive gymnast for the Power & Grace Diamonds, and has coached for 3 years.
Christa Larson
Team /Class Coach
Christa is our Class Director. She works with all the class staff scheduling and training. She competed in gymnastics through her middle school years with Dennis as her coach. She's been coaching for 6 years. Christa lives in Sioux Falls with her 2 year old daughter, Addie.
Katie Labahn
Assistant Team Coach
Katie is a former gymnast who competed with Dennis as her coach. She works with the Optional Team Gymnasts, does some of the High School classes as well and has been coaching for us for 3 years.
Aimee Cooper
Class & Compulsory Coach
Aimee is one of our Compulsory coaches, working with the Level 2 and Level 3 programs. Occasionally she fills in with some classes as well. We 'discovered' her coaching talents when she offered to help out one night while at the gym watching her daughter, Jazzmine, (Level 8) practicing. She's been coaching now for 3 years!
Angel Heisel
Class Coach/Office Staff
Angel is the person that you will most likely speak to when you come to the office with questions! She also, however, takes classes when an extra hand is needed in the gym, working primarily with preschool classes. Her daughter, Josie, is a member of our team - Level 9.
Casey Schindling
Class/Team Coach
Casey, too, is a former gymnast, now turned coach! Casey works with all the classes and is beginning to work with the Level 4 team as well. She is a student at Brandon Valley High School.
Samantha Lang
Class Coach
Sam is in her 2nd year of coaching for us. A former competitive figure skater, she has worked with the competitive aspect of individual sports for many years. A high school junior at Lincoln this year, Sam works with our Preschool program through Beginners in the Recreational program.
Lisa Winter
Class Coach/Compulsory Coach
 Lisa started coaching with us this past summer after returning home from teaching in Paris, France for 2 years. Lisa was a gymnast throughout her high school years and is currently a substitute teacher in the Sioux Falls School District.
Julie Englebretson
Class Coach
 Julie is a high school student at Brandon Valley High School where she is involved in dance and drama. She teaches several preschool classes as well as the boys class. She is in her 2nd year of coaching.
Haley TerHaar
Class Coach
Haley is a former Power & Grace team member. She coaches preschool up through advanced. Haley is a student at Tri Valley High School.
