Power & Grace Gymnastics is a year round program with monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month. Students may enter our program at any time. The current month’s tuition will be pro-rated if necessary based on your start date.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

$36 annually per family for membership from September 1 - August 31 each year.

The membership fee is paid when you initially enroll for classes and at that time will be prorated based on the month you enroll ($3 per month for the remaining months of the membership year - membership year always ends August 31).  For example, if you were to enroll in September, your family's membership would be $36.  However, if you were to enroll in January, your family's membership would be $24 (8 months remaining times $3 per month).

All memberships renew in full ($36) on September 1 each year.

MONTHLY CLASS TUITION - charged on the 1st of the month and must be paid by the 5th of the month (Credit/Debit card will be charged on the 5th)

Enrollment is month to month.  Once enrolled in our classes, you will stay enrolled with monthly tuition charges until you withdraw from class or that session ends. If you choose to withdraw for the upcoming month, you must inform the office before the 1st of the month. Once tuition is charged for the month, you have committed for that month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance.

WAITLISTING

  1. We monitor our waitlists daily and will keep watching for an opening for you.

  2. It is difficult to estimate how long you will be on the waiting list.  Class openings depend on students transferring out of the class, for various reasons, to make room for new students.  Sometimes customers are on a waiting list for a day, sometimes for months.  We encourage you to enroll in another available class time and wait list for your ideal class time so that your child can still participate in the meantime.  If none of our available class times work for you, register for the wait list on as many class times you could do to increase your chances of getting into one of them.

  3. If there's an opening in a class you are wait listed on, the office will email you.  You will have 3 days to respond and let us know if you would like to enroll in that class before we move on to the next person on the waiting list or open it up to the public.

  4. You are not charged anything to remain on a waiting list.  Once enrolled in a class, you will be charged at that time for current tuition.  We will pro-rate the current month’s tuition based on your start date, if necessary.

  5. You can check your account, or register for other classes or special activities at any time through your customer portal.

PARENT POLICIES

To effectively run a successful program, it is essential that parents participate in several aspects of the program.

Parents of Preschoolers:

We ask that one parent (caretaker) remain in the gym during the preschooler’s class. This will assure that the child will have someone to help should there be a time during the class that the child needs assistance (feels ill, needs to use the restroom, etc).

All Parents:

If you are not planning to remain at the gym during the child’s class time, please be certain that you have seen them into the building when dropping them off.

For your child’s safety, emphasize the importance of them remaining in the building until you have arrived to pick them up. They are NOT allowed to wait outside.

While observing your child’s class, please refrain from ‘coaching’. We love to hear positive feedback - applause, “Good Job!”, etc. However, coaching comments - “Do it again – Point your toes”, etc – make it difficult for your child, as they are then trying to listen to both you and their coach.

GENERAL POLICIES

Students may wear comfortable, athletic type clothing, leotards, or simple shorts and tees.

Students enter the gym bare foot – No jewelry – Long Hair Tied Back – No gum chewing

Children’s shoes and belongings are stored in cubbies.

Parents are welcome to view classes anytime, but all spectators must stay in the viewing area.

Adults are never allowed on any equipment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather, we notify our families via our facebook page, website, email and post on KELO Closeline.
